The client regularly handles vessels of various sizes with various cargos.  The Client in addition to its agency business also acts as independent freight forwarders be it by Air, Sea or Land offering its customers greater flexibility with a maximized number of options. Through various tie-ups both in India as well as across the globe, they can forward cargo virtually between any two locations across the globe.  The client is able to source very competitive rates and service levels either directly or through its partners to ensure that the customers get exactly what they want, be it the quickest transit times or the most competitive rates. Project: Develop and implement an IT solution for logistics management of the company. The solution should cover areas of Customs clearance (Import, Export), Freight Forwarding (Air and Sea), Transportation and Accounts.

Objective :Design, develop and implement a new system to manage their logistic process and to manage the daily operations at all levels.
