Client’s Business: As a prime vendor for the defense department's Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) supply program, the Client supplies equipment and materials for the U.S. military forces in Korea and the Middle East. The MRO Prime Vendor Supply Program enables the U.S. military and federal agencies to order supplies through a single commercial contractor in a streamlined manner at competitive prices and sharply reduced waiting times. We provide non-munitions supplies and equipment ranging from appliances, tools, lumber and building materials to power equipment and electrical and plumbing fixtures. Over 1,600 items are stocked at their warehouse in Korea .Other materials can be ordered from local vendors or through the Procurement Office in Seattle, Washington. In the Middle East, the Client furnishes similar materials and equipment to the U.S. CENTCOM ordering commands.

Objective:Design, Develop and Implement a new system to manage the buying process at remote locations and to generate the daily operations at all levels.
Solution: 7STL developed and implemented the system, built on the latest technologies, which is fully distributed, web based, on line in real time, providing uninterrupted services even to the most hard to reach geographic locations in terms of connectivity. It was designed to be comprehensive and cater to all functions from quotes to invoices and generate more than 150 reports and KPI’s for critical activities. It integrates all SCM data & information into a single entity for tracking and management which proved to be invaluable for efficient and successful operations.
