Client’s Business: The business of our Client is imports and refurbishes used construction

equipments, to offer the Indian customer a range of reputed international brand equipment

and spare parts. The product range includes various models of Cranes, Excavators,

Bulldozers, and their spare parts. Established in 1997, he started with just one office and

ten employees. The company today has 500 employees, 25 branches across the country

and a customer base touching 500. The Client gets more than 70% of its sales from repeat

orders, a testimony to the company's commitment to complete customer satisfaction.

Project: .Customize and implement an IT solution for Inventory management of the

Company from the available SCM application package. The solution will cover the area of Purchase, Stocking and Sales.

Objective: Design, Development and implementation of a new system to manage the buying process at remote location & to generate

the daily operations at all levels.

Solution : Seventhsense Technologies, developed the system which built on the latest technologies, is fully distributed, web based, on line in real time, providing uninterrupted services even to the most difficult geographic locations in terms of connectivity.

It was designed to be comprehensive and cater all functions from quote to invoice while generating more than 150 reports and KPI for critical activities . It integrate all date & information into a single entity for tracking and management which proved invaluable for an efficient and successful operations
