Client’s Business: The client headquartered at Jeddah operates domestic and international flights to over 80 destinations in the ME, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. It has nine separate operating units – catering, cargo, ground handling, technical service, flight academy, medical services and religious, royal and VIP airlines.

Project: Understand the on going implementation project of Finance and help the business community to reap the benefit of ERP. To help the business users to get trained on the ERP and become more effective in terms of data capturing, reporting, analyzing etc., Understand the existing processes and to suggest improvement areas.

Objectives: Needed a unified business and IT infrastructure to drive the transformation of its operations into independent subsidiaries. The main objective is to have one solution which will cater to all the group companies and to have the consolidation at the group level.

Airlines Case Study

Solution: An ERP solution which will coincide with other major undertakings currently pursued by the group to renew its application landscape for marketing, operations and network planning and scheduling processes.
