Airlines Case Study

Client’s Business:   The client, headquartered at Jeddah, operates domestic and international flights to over 80 destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. It has nine separate operating units which include, catering, cargo, ground handling, technical service, flight academy, medical services and religious, royal and VIP airlines.

Project: To understand the ongoing implementation project of Finance Solution and help the business community reap the benefit of ERP. To help the business users train on the ERP and become more effective in terms of data capturing, reporting, analyzing etc., To understand the existing processes and suggest improvement areas.

Objectives: A unified business and IT infrastructure was required to drive the transformation of its operations into independent subsidiaries. The main objective was to have one solution which would cater to all the group companies and to have the consolidation at the group level.
